Review: Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Lovesick.

There's been a big buzz about the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains around lately and I just couldn't resist trying one so I got a bright pink called Lovesick.

The packaging is almost identical to the Chubby Sticks from Clinique (naughty Revlon) but the formulation is way better! 

Habia escuchado mucho acerca de este producto y cuando lo vi en el counter de Saga no pude resistirme y compre Lovesick.
Por fuera se ve casi identico a los Chubby Sticks de Clinique pero en cuanto a la formulacion del producto es otra cosa (mucho mejor es Revlon). 

The balms are twist-up, and provide fairly good pigmentation, I really liked the way it is applied because it’s very smooth.

Es super práctico y perfecto para llevarlo en tu cartera. Es super suave e hidratante.

But wait, here’s the thing … these are balms that leave behind a stain once the balm effect wears off.

 I applied it and then, after a few hours and after I ate something, most of the boldness of the color had worn off from the middle of my lips, but it was still bright around the edges, as if I'd lined my lips with this instead of applying it all over, which is not much of a good look.

Another thing I didn't like about it is the taste of dusty peppermint… but it's OK I can handle it!

Lo unico que no me gusto es que después de unas horas de aplicarlo se fue el color del medio de los labios pero quedó  un delineado intenso (horroroso), si no tienes problema en reaplicar el producto te lo recomiendo! Otra cosa que no me gusto fue el olor a menta artificial pero es pasable.

I can't speak for the less intense colors but I'd recommend this color, just as long as reapplying to the center of your lips after a meal doesn't upset you.  If it does, then pass on this guy!

Review: Maybelline One by One Waterproof Mascara

De hecho has escuchado o has visto este rimel de Maybelline ... esta en todos lados!

Estaba buscando uno que sea waterproof desde hace tiempo pero no sabia cual comprar y al final termine con este. 

Pros: Fácil de aplicar, muy resistente al agua, larga duración, crea largas y voluminosas pestañas.

Contras: No ayuda rizar o espesar las pestañas.

Lo recomiendo a cualquiera que esté buscando uno de calidad que sea barato y de larga duración.

El aspecto más importante de un rimel waterproof, en mi opinión es que realmente se salga cuando termine el dia y pueda ir a dormir con mis pestañas normales. Cuando usas desmaquillante o te lavas la cara ... poof se va! No me gusta estar tres días con el mismo rímel en las pestañas ... me altera! Bueno con este no tienes que esforzarte la vida para sacarlo. 

BONUS: Viene en un tubo lindo, rosado. Fácil de encontrar en tu makeup bag por el color brillante!

Me gusta este cepillo porque coge a todas las pestañas! Hasta las mas pequeñitas. 

Y es lavable !!

Asi quedan mis pestañas, que les parece? 

Yo creo que para verano es fijo porque dura un monton!!

I know what you are thinking ... "Too much ... I'm not going to do this". Seriously, the moment you wear this color you start to feel different, self-assured, and up for anything. I recommend to keep the rest of the makeup to a minimum and find a shade that works for your skin tone. (Natura Intense Lipstick Red 1 for fair skin, Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Pur Couture Pure Colour Satiny Radiance Lipstick SPF 15 in 01 for medium, Laura Mercier Crème Lip Colour in Truly Red for darker skin tones.)  

Blend your blush:

Nada es mejor que un blush natural. Gracias a Dios es facil de falsificar jajaja. Utilizar una combinación de un tono rosa con un melocotón en las manzanas de tus mejillas es perfecto!

Nothing is better than a natural blush. Thank God it's easy to fake. Use a combination of a pink with a peach tone on the apples of your cheeks is perfect!

Bronze eyes with nude lips:

Difumina la sombra por todo tu parpado y por debajo de tus ojos, luego un poco de rimel y un nude lipstick! Es un look natural e inesperado. Te recomiendo: Natura Sombra Crema Brillo en Oro, Natura Labial Intenso Boca 2.

Blend the shadow all over your eyelid and under your eyes, then a bit of mascara and a nude lipstick! It's a natural look and unexpected. I recommend: Natura Gloss Cream Shadow in Gold, Natura Intense Lip Mouth 2.

Make your lips SHINE:

Un toque de brillo en tus labios llama la atención...bastante! Tan solo aplica un lapiz labial que combine con el color natural de tus labios y luego un poco de brillo transparente.

A touch of gloss on your lips ... very striking! Just apply a lipstick that matches the natural color of your lips and then a bit of clear gloss.

Try False Lashes:

Con tan solo añadir unas cuantas al exterior de tus pestañas, tadá! Obtienes unos ojazos!
